The Sleep Clinic is the first and only private, comprehensive, accredited sleep center in the region. Our clinic has been continuously accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine since 1994.
Accreditation involves a review of the quality of care, the facility, and patient safety measures, as well as staff and physician training. Accreditation is a prestige that only the best quality centers achieve. Most insurance companies require accreditation, and the accreditation process of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine remains the most comprehensive and stringent.
Nabil Moufarrej, MD, FAASM is board certified in both neurology and sleep medicine and has over 30 years of experience in the comprehensive management of sleep. For more information on Dr. Moufarrej, visit Our Professionals page.

The prompt completion of testing, initiation of treatment, and compliance are the essential cornerstones of successful sleep management. The Sleep Clinic provides diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and analyzed reports typically within 24-72 hours. Patients with severe conditions may even receive the treatment plan the same day as testing, if orders and insurance authorization are received.
The diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders require intensive patient and family education. The education and support we offer our patients lead to prompt resolution of problems and improved compliance. A structured follow-up program designed for the individual patient's needs is implemented to ensure the best outcome for our patients.
Because of our education and training, our patients have compliance records in excess of 80%, which is well above the national average of 50%. We make treatment options easy for you to follow meaning the best success in meeting your sleep goals.
The Sleep Clinic provides six large recording bedrooms linked to a central control station for monitoring. Every room has intercom communication with the technologists, and low-illumination infrared video cameras discretely monitor patients activities. The technologist is fully aware of what is happening to the patient and immediately able to intervene or provide assistance when indicated. The clinic also provides bathroom and shower facilities.
